Once you've chosen your menu, I source the finest ingredients from trusted local suppliers and artisan producers.
I arrive 2-3 hours before service to prepare everything in your kitchen. You relax, your guests arrive, and I handle the rest.
After your meal, I clean the kitchen and leave it spotless. You're left with only the memories of a perfect evening.
